The most common type of work socks are boot socks. Wigwam makes several kinds of boot socks, including Outfitter Pro; Weather Shield Pro, a combination of Merino wool and Outlast Adaptive Control fibers; and At Work DuraSole, which is treated to protect against odor and athlete’s foot. Aside from work socks, Wigwam makes hiker socks, crew socks, uniform socks, and Liner socks, which protect the feet from abrasions and blisters and are made with polypropylene. Liner socks can act as an additional layer for the feet in cold working conditions.
