Leading edge units include a shock absorbing pack to reduce fall arrest forces, and a high strength galvanized steel cable lifeline. As the worker moves toward or away from the device, the spring tensioned cable will retract back into the unit or will draw out of it. Allowing a worker to move freely and transition from anchor point to anchor point safely.
