Pyramex 4 Point Full Ratchet Suspension Replacement is designed for Pyramex full brim hard hats only. They have an amazingly soft forehead pad providing great wicking action along with astoundingly excellent comfort. The ratchet action allows for easy adjustments in little time. Also, a soft foam piece is placed in the back of the suspension to provide comfort and relief to the back of the users head.
