not bad but your shipping takes too long, even with expediated shipping. In the age of online retailers providing 1 week or less free shipping you need to improve on this. I was about to order over $600 in merchandise but went with another vendor because I did not want to wait 3 + week to receive my items.

New Jersey does not charge sales tax for clothing. Yet, I'm being charged for it. Even if it is rectified I feel the sore cannot be elevated to 5 starts as the process to get this correct is too onerous.

Exchanging is near impossible, I quick just ordered another pair of boots because I need them badly... I will have to wait a week now because I refuse to pay another $10 in shipping. The way they do exchanging is very frustrating and more difficult then it needs to be. It’s also great that I am now out $10 and still have no boots. Not to mention the first pair was a day late.... Honestly, I should have just returned them.... you may also have to emailthem a few times before they get back to you... Terrible service. Unfortunately I have no idea how nice the boots are, they were too small...
