Universal sign holder (24" dia. x 16" tall) with large, heavy duty, recessed 3" wheels for traffic, parking, safety signs and more; 1 or 2 sided display. Includes 2" pre-drilled pole accommodates signs from 9"x12" to 18"x24" and 12"x36". Includes exclusive EZ-GRIP Finial and Stability Plates that keep signs from twisting on post. Rolling water or sand filled base for stability and wind resistance holds up to 70+ lbs. of ballast; just Grip, Tip, and Roll to move in or out; user stays clean and dry. Base comes in Black or Yellow.
