How can I place an order?

Website and Phone:
We accept all Major Credit Cards. You can either order online through our secure website or call us 724-925-5600 or toll free 1-877-734-2458.

Mail Order:
We accept mail orders if paying by check or money order.

*Remember to include shipping costs when sending a mail order.
This cost can be determined by calling our customer service (1-877-734-2458) or using the website procedure below. To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of PA. PA does not charge sales tax on clothing. All shipping charges are taxable.

Canceling/Changing Orders

Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we’re unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.

Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do at Online Stores, Inc. We will make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please contact our outstanding customer service team any time you need assistance. Our customer service department can be reached 7 days per week, from 8AM-7PM ET, at 1-877-734-2458 or by email at support@onlinestores.com.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. To help us process your return in a timely fashion please use the shipping label provided with the packing slip. If you no longer have access to that document, please put a note inside the package with order number, name, address and telephone number. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any orders that are returned for reasons other than customer satisfaction.

Purchase Orders

Online Stores, Inc. accepts requests for purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. Please mail your PO and accompanying credit references to the address above or fax to 866-910-4016. We request that your Purchase Order Form be from your company's accounting department. We request that Purchase Orders be signed and provide a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and detailed product information.

For rush orders, we recommend use of a Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover card for immediate processing. PO processing takes 3 - 5 business days on average, with large value orders taking longer. For all Purchase Orders, there is a $100.00 minimum requirement. Free Shipping does not apply.

Shipping Times

Most orders usually ship the same business day if placed before 3:00PM EST and the items are in stock. Deadline for orders requiring Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, or Ground delivery is 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day orders placed on a Friday after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. We ship to all US States, US Territories and to Canada only. Orders that ship economy will ship within two business days if placed before 3:00PM EST and the items are in stock.
