ConstructionGear.com joined the Online Stores, Inc. (OLS) community in May of 2008. Founded in 2002 by Lisa and Kevin Hickey, OLS has grown tremendously through hard work and dedication to customer service. Headquartered in New Stanton, PA, just south of the city of Pittsburgh in an 85,000 square foot facility, OLS employs approximately seventy full-time employees and twenty temporary staff. A certified woman-owned business, we manufacture or stock most of the products we sell and most orders ship within twenty four hours.

HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 8:00 AM TO 7:00 PM EST, MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM EST FRIDAY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2:00 PM EST WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. THIS INCLUDES 3 DAY, 2ND DAY, AND NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENTS.

SALES TAX
We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of PA. PA does not charge sales tax on clothing. All shipping charges are taxable.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Safety Gear: Return UN-OPENED/UN-USED item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees.

OPENED MERCHANDISE: There is a 15% re-stock fee on opened merchandise (safety glass packages or anything that is in a sealed plastic bag) regardless of when it is returned.

APPAREL, EAR PROTECTION, GLOVES, FOOTWEAR & ACCESSORIES All apparel and accessories item(s) must be un-worn and/or un-used.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, such as hard hats, are non-refundable/non-returnable.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders, that is items which we do not normally carry in our inventory, are non-refundable/non-returnable.

SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: Non-refundable.

RE-STOCK FEE: We do not charge a restock fee on UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise if you return the goods within 14 days. We charge a 15% restock fee if you return UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise after 14 days.
